| In February 2003 my wife visited North Wales and Chester, then in August 2004 we all visited the area, this section has photos from both visits. Click on a photo to see it full size in a new browser window We start with Llandudno as that is nearest to where we stayed.
Near Llandudno is Conwy with its castle seen here.
Betws-y-Coed is the site of rapids on the river Afon Conwy.
Snowdonia centres on the highest mountain in England and Wales.
Anglesey and Menai has some views of the Menai Strait area and the Isle of Anglesey
Chester isn't in Wales but I hope you'll forgive me for including a few photos of this English city in this section as the easiest place to put them! Search this site or see the full list of pages on Site Map |
